Xcellence

Xcellence

A person who possesses the following  six qualities can be considered to be an excellent person. These qualities are

1.Passion
2. Motivation
3.Competence

4.Vision
5.Innovation
6. Inspiration.
An  excellent  person gives great priority to his work. For him work is worship.

Excellence means to achieve perfection in all  activities. Such persons  are so much devoted to their work that for them  their work is the only reality in  life. Moreover a person with extraordinary  qualities is an all rounder   in public relations. He treats his subordinates in a very  informal  and affectionate manner.

He is very competent and can judge  the points  to be included  in any  assignment  allotted to him.  Charles Dickens once  said,‘’My meaning simply is, that whatever I have tried to do in life, I have tried with all my heart to do well;  I have devoted myself  completely;  that in great aims and in small assignmrnts, I have always been thoroughly in earnest.’’
We cannot ‘’teach’’ excellence to our children.  We can aspire to inculcate good  qualities in  them. They can be  motivated to   undertake responsibilities from an early age.

If we can train our youth to undertake responsibilities from childhood and become independent,  we can be assured  that as they grow  up  they  will  become excellent  citizens of the country.

  4. Well said, Usha. It seems to me, that younger generations are not as dedicated, efficient or responsible as we older folks. This must be a reflection on their upbringing, don't you think? Parents need to instill these values!
